These plans take a pro-active (rather than re-active) approach to the computers and software running your site. Using these techniques, we can anticipate and prevent problems before they happen.
- System updates and security patches. Large hosts have to cater to the lowest common denominator; with thousands of sites, improvements can be slow.
- 24/7 monitoring. Often we know about a problem before our customers (and their customers) do.
- Security audits. We always test our system for any potential holes, but we’ll also let you know if something on your site may be a security risk.
- Intrusion detection. The best exploits don’t leave any trace of a breach. It’s our job to sniff them out if they occur.
- Backup management. All websites get secure, verified, off-site backups.
- Disaster recovery. When something goes wrong, we’re the first ones on the scene and we work until the problem is solved.
- Performance audits and tuning. We’ll let you know when your site becomes so popular that it should be upgraded for better performance. We are also constantly looking for ways to tweak our systems for that extra bit of speed.

Our prices are competitive with similar packages from other hosting companies. Considering that fully-managed dedicated servers typically cost hundreds of dollars per month, we think that our plans strike a good compromise.
